Mercer island Reporter 'Mystery night at Connectio As a reprise of the first “Mur— der on the Menu." the Mercer Is- land Arts Council’s Performing Arts and Literary Committees will bring “An Evening to Die For” at 6:30 pm. on Oct. 28 and 29. The event will be staged at The Connection. The evening, according to or— ganizers. promises a delicious dinner, intelligent intrigue, mis~ chievous mystery, auspicious au- performance. Some of the area’s most nota- ble mystery writers will be at- tending and will sign books. Those confirmed for Friday are J.A. Jance, Aaron Elkins and Steven Greenleaf. The murder mystery script was written by Jo Adamson. Al- though “lt’s a Mystery," a profes sional company of mystery per- formers, are assisting with plan land residents. Cabaret performers are also Mercer Island residents, includ- ing soloists Steve Zediker and Sharon Berg; Company B, a fe— male trio consisting of Bonnie Banks. Elizabeth Boyd and Glynn Bylsma Olive; and Highland dancer Sarah Booth. Admission price is $25 per per~ son. Call 232-1998 for reservations.
